Out playing Weather Channel Photographer this morning in Minneapolis. Its 5:00 AM, where the heck is the rain? Oh well, at least I don’t have to stand in the rain shooting video this morning.

Today I have been working on the Punta Gorda, FL Hurricane Charley video project all day long.

The video project is going to be in several chapters for the DVD. Pre Hurricane Charley Storm Footage, Hurricane Charley Hits Punta Gorda, FL After Charley Damage Video In Punta Gorda and some storm review data section and bonus material. Right now I’m working on the Hurricane Charley hits Punta Gorda section and between all the video cameras we had working during the storm, I’m already up to 55 Minutes of action packed footage, and were not even to the eye wall yet.

This is going to be the ultimate hurricane chase video. My goal is to edit and produce what one could call “The Dark Side Of The Moon Of Storm Chasing Videos”.

8/22/2004 Out Shooting Video For The Weather Channel This Morning In Minneapolis. I was also out shooting some sweet lightning footage and learning the digital still camera some more. Its still tricky but I’m starting to get the hang of it.

Today I am also working on finishing up the Hurricane Charley, Punta Gorda, Fl, home video and DVD. This video is just rocking. It will take the viewer through the start of the chase to the end of the hurricane and damage aftermath like you were there with the BNVN storm chasing team. This Hurricane Charley video is unlike anything anyone else has since BNVN was the only professional chasers in Punta Gorda, Florida when the storm hit.

At home working on the Punta Gorda, Hurricane Charley Video and DVD project. This is going to be one heck of a video project when I’m done editing it all together.

This morning was just TOO COLD for my tastes for August in Minneapolis. I was out playing Weather Channel Videographer again with temps in the Mid 40’s this morning. BRRRRRR COLD!!!!

Today I’m also working on the Punta Gorda, FL Hurricane Charley Video. We have a total of over seven hours of raw video from Hurricane Charley from before, during and after it hit Punta Gorda, Florida. The BNVN highlights video is looking more and more like a movie then a short highlights video.

I was out playing Weather Channel Photographer this morning with the chilly temps in Minneapolis again this morning and now I’m off to go shoot more video with the very windy weather we have this afternoon.

8/17/2004 Back In Minneapolis And Would You Believe That I Was Actually Shooting Fall Colors Video For The Weather Channel. All The Cold Weather We Have Had This Summer Has Made The Trees Think Its Already Fall…

Right now I’m working on all the footage from Hurricane Charley Video. We are making a Hurricane Charley DVD that we plan to release in the coming weeks. We have hours of video from Punta Gorda, FL, before, during and after Hurricane Charley.

Brrrrrrrr Chilly And Windy In Minneapolis Minnesota. This afternoon I was out shooting video for The Weather Channel of the cool, no, COLD and windy weather in Minneapolis. What is up with this weather? If this weather pattern keeps up, its going to be a hella evil winter in the upper Midwest and Minneapolis is going to have one of those old school hella cold and snowy winters. I guess that’s good and bad. Good because I will be busy all winter but bad because I will be a frozen videographer all winter… Oh Yeah, I got the new laptop working now.
